Contact form data

When you send the contact form, the site processes the details you provide so Kiani Oy can respond to your inquiry. The form includes spam-protection fields and may verify the request with Cloudflare Turnstile when configured. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and sets no third-party tracking cookies.

Optional analytics cookies

The site stores necessary cookies for consent settings. Optional analytics tools are loaded only after consent. The current consent option is Microsoft Clarity.

Processors and delivery

Validated contact submissions are delivered by email through Resend when the production email service is configured. Analytics providers process usage data only for the options you enable in the cookie settings.

Bank account data (open banking)

Where a customer asks Kiani Oy to retrieve their bank account data, the data is fetched over the PSD2 account information interface of the customer's bank through Enable Banking Oy, a licensed account information service provider supervised by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority. Retrieval starts only after the account holder has authorised it in their own online bank, and the authorisation can be withdrawn at any time in the bank's service or by contacting Kiani Oy. Data is retrieved solely for the reporting and reconciliation agreed with the customer, is not used for any other purpose, is not sold, and is not disclosed onward except to the customer and to processors acting on Kiani Oy's behalf.
